Maximizing Non-Economic Damages

David deRubertis and Natasha Chesler will discuss the importance of storytelling in employment cases before sharing their techniques for creating your narrative and then structuring every aspect of the trial presentation to support it. Natasha, a trial lawyer with a background in theatre and an advanced degree in film, will share her insights about effective story structure. After discussion by David and Natasha, Attendees will brainstorm their cases to try to use the storytelling techniques discussed by David and Natasha to advance their own cases. Attendees will be required to provide information about their cases for discussion to David and Natasha before the session.
