Learn to Pre-Hab and Keep your Nuclear

Harry Plotkin · Lauren Cerri

The most valuable and confidential skill Harry teaches is pre-habilitation: the craft of convincing your best jurors (and the judge) that they can be fair and impartial, despite their strong feelings. For the first time, Harry will teach you how to prevent defense counsel from getting the most fired-up jurors off for cause and how to persuade those jurors to keep their strong feelings to themselves during voir dire so that they stay on the jury to deliver a nuclear verdict.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • The exact language you’ll need to properly frame what bias is and isn’t
  • The exact language you’ll need to use to avoid objections and keep the judge on your side
  • How to handle the strong feelings and “biases” that good jurors will express in voir dire
  • How to select which topics to raise during your “pre-hab” of jurors
  • How to phrase your voir dire questioning so that defense counsel will be comfortable with even the most pro-plaintiff jurors
  • Most important: PRACTICE your pre-hab skills with mock jurors with feedback from Harry
