No matter the case, there is always a way to get concessions out of the defense expert. This workshop will focus on strategies and techniques for deposition and trial when dealing with difficult defense doctors. These concessions can turn defense witnesses into witnesses that help your case and ultimately help prove causation of injury and the extent of damages. Breakout group participants will have an opportunity to practice asking pointed questions to get concessions from doctors in a case that they have an upcoming trial.
