Maryann will discuss strategies and techniques for defusing and rebutting defense economists and vocational rehabilitation experts, ensuring jurors are not misled by their assumptions and continue to award full economic justice to your client. This will include methods to limit improper mitigation testimony from either the economist or vocational rehabilitation expert, including strategies to limit or exclude such testimony. Following this discussion, participants will moot expert cross-examination with feedback from the instructors.
